Enrollment is easy too! Just ask your local Dentalville office for the Direct Dental Plan and everyone qualifies. You will start saving right away.
Direct Dental is easy to use! Just sign-up and get your membership at the front desk and savings will be applied automatically to your treatment plan. There are 3 plans to choose from:
• Silver – Free
• Gold – $39 per person
• Platinum – $69 per person
The Silver plan is Free and available to everyone and their family members at no charge! But if you need extensive treatment, the Gold or Platinum plan may be right for you. Just ask your Dentalville treatment coordinator which plan would save you the most on your dental care at time of treatment. It’s that simple!

The discounted fee schedule amount reflects the average fee information currently available on our systems and are subject to change without notice.
No yearly maximum! Most dental plans limit your annual benefits to $1500 or less, but with the Direct Dental Plan, there is no maximum benefit so you and your family can use as needed. No matter how much work you and your family need, you will continue to save with the plan.
